HomeCheck Onsite helps you measure daylight, noise, ceiling height, magnetic anomalies, and cross-breeze structure during a property visit. Inspection reports are stored on your device. We do not require a cloud account, and we do not upload property photos, microphone audio, or raw GPS tracks to ZBENS servers.
Uninstalling the app typically deletes this local data.
When you enable weather-related daylight correction, the app may send approximate coordinates to Open-Meteo (open meteorological API) to fetch diffuse/direct irradiance. That request does not include your name, Apple ID, or report contents. Open-Meteo’s own terms apply to that query.
In-app purchases / subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. ZBENS does not receive your payment card details.
You may save a limited number of properties for free. An optional yearly subscription unlocks unlimited saved reports. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
PDF export and the system share sheet are under your control. We do not receive those shares unless you email them to us yourself.
The app is not directed at children under 13.
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
