Apple Standard EULA. HomeCheck Onsite uses the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement for App Store distribution:

订阅说明 / Subscriptions

免费额度：可保存有限套房源报告（应用内显示当前限额）。
年订阅（Yearly Unlimited）：解锁无限保存房源报告；自动续订，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。
付款：通过您的 Apple ID 账户扣款；续订费用在当前周期结束前 24 小时内收取。
管理 / 取消：在 iOS「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中管理或取消。
Free tier: limited number of saved home reports (shown in-app).
Yearly Unlimited auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; renewals are charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
