This Refund Policy applies to digital products sold by ZBENS (zbens.com), including HDRECOVER Pro licenses. HDRECOVER follows a “verify free, pay to recover” model: you can scan and preview files with the free edition before purchasing Pro.
Within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund if any of the following apply:

We typically respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank timing may vary.
When checkout is handled by Paddle (or another Merchant of Record), some refund requests may also be processed through their buyer support channels. Applicable consumer laws and the payment provider’s policies still apply.
